1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of these research peptide products and the strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements they demand, all sales from Fast and Trader LLC (doing business as Zeusox) are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been shipped.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, visibly defective, or does not match the Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided, please contact the support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@zeusox.co with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement shipment or store credit.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the error.

4. Non-Delivery

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet been submitted for fulfillment. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Crypto & P2P Payments

Payments made via cryptocurrency, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle are non-refundable once confirmed. In the event of a legitimate claim (damaged or incorrect product), a replacement or store credit will be issued in lieu of a monetary refund.

7. Store Credit

When store credit is issued, it will be applied to your account wallet and can be used on future purchases. Store credit does not expire.
